Athyrium (Lady Fern)

Athyrium (Lady Fern) is a genus of about 180 species of terrestrial ferns of the family Athyriaceae. It has deciduous fern and is good for ground cover and also for woodland gardens.

Athyrium grows well in lightly shady places, moist fertile, neutral or acid soil. Athyrium propagates through ripe spores and division in spring. It is easy to plant as it is trouble-free from pest and disease.
