Travel Photography Workshop is created for the benefit of ordinary people who wish they can take better shots. If you are one of those who always wished you can improve your photography skills, this website is for you.

I created Travel Photography Workshop because I often come across people who ask me how they can take better shots. They asked me strange questions such as "What camera do you use". Once after answering their questions, and subsequent ones, do I realise their actual reason for asking is to find a solution for the poor quality of photographs they take, photos that they are not satisfied with, and their desire to improve.

With most people, the problem lies not with the equipment they use, but rather the know-how. You can hold a big, expensive camera, and it will be a burden to you, if you do not know how to use it to the optimum. A beginner should start with a simple camera where he can learn the basic skills, master these, before progressing to more sophisticated equipment. I have to say that a lot of good photos depend not so much of the equipment, but rather the photographer's own determination, preparation and skill.

The articles in this website are intended to bring up to the next level of your photography skill. Listed below are the most recent articles, arranged in chronological order. You can also sign up to follow Travel Photography Workshop on Twitter.
